It is very likely that you, like countless others, access the internet on your mobile phone on a regular basis.

When access to the internet first became available via mobile devices, visitors didn’t expect a seamless experience. However, now they demand one. Ask your website designer to make changes to your site so that it can be viewed without issue on any of the mobile browsers, or consider having a separate mobile version of your site designed. You might even consider having an app developed to simplify access even further.
If you have a smartphone and you regularly visit websites whilst you are out and about, ask yourself why you feel compelled to visit a site there and then rather than waiting until you get back to the office or home to use the PC.
More often than not, it is because you want information instantly. Perhaps you need directions, you want to check the price of a property you’ve seen for sale, see whether an item is in stock, look up train timetables or service information or check the weather forecast or traffic reports.
Immediate access to information is therefore a must. If you have a mobile version of your site, only include the information that’s really useful to people on the go so that they don’t get bogged down in surplus detail. Check your website statistics to see which pages receive the most visits via mobile browsers.
It can be painfully slow entering text on a mobile device. If your website requires users to input information, make sure that they can do so by making selections rather than having to type everything. This will not only make the process faster but also eliminate the amount of errors input.
